LLC, a New York Limited Liability Company (collectively "B2B" or "Company"). This
website is owned, updated and maintained by B2B as a service to potential sellers
and purchasers of apparel, footwear, beauty products, jewelry and other accessories.
Other than facilitating contacts between sellers and purchasers, B2B is not involved
in the transactions that may take place following those contacts. Accordingly, the
Company makes no representations of any kind with respect to issues related to such
transactions. For example, B2B makes no representations concerning the quality or
availability of items offered for sale or the reliability and creditworthiness of
sellers and/or buyers. The parties to each transaction must independently evaluate
these issues for themselves; a party's use of this website should in no manner be
construed as B2B's endorsement of that party. All transactions entered into between
persons using this website shall be the sole responsibility of those persons, based
upon their own investigations and business judgments, without reliance on any information,
acts or omissions of B2B. In no event shall the Company be liable for damages of
any kind a person using this website may sustain. By using this website, the user
is agreeing to indemnify B2B against any and all claims made against B2B as a result
of a transaction entered into between that user and any other person.

B2B is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. The following outlines how
B2B will treat your private information and under what circumstances that information
may be provided to third parties. Since this policy is reviewed from time to time,
the Company suggests that you read it periodically if privacy is a particular concern.
B2B specifically reserves the right to revise this policy as necessary or desirable,
but will attempt to notify users prior to such revisions going into effect. When
you register with B2B, you provide the Company with certain personal or proprietary
information. This information, and any other personal information you provide on
this website, is seen only by B2B, subject to the exceptions described below. B2B's
primary goal in collecting such information is to provide you with the best quality
service, personalized to you. For example, personal information you provide to the
Company may be used to develop this website in ways that are most valuable to you
and to deliver advertising that is relevant to your business. Generally, B2B will

that sponsor may seek some of your personal information from B2B or may collect
such information as a part of such promotion. If the sponsor requests that B2B share
any of your personal information, the Company will attempt to notify you prior to
sharing the information. If you timely request that your information not be shared,
the Company will use its best efforts to comply with your request. Such a refusal
to share information, however, may lead to your exclusion from the promotion. B2B
will never rent or sell your personal information. B2B will take all reasonable
efforts to ensure the privacy of all your personal information in its possession,
and suggests that you take similar efforts to protect the information. Unfortunately,
there is no way to guarantee that any data transmission over the internet is entirely
secure. Accordingly, although the Company will make its best efforts to protect
your privacy, it cannot guarantee that it will always succeed in the effort.

B2B's sales are final. No refunds. All members must be in the Apparel, Accessory
& Textile industry.
